Refund policy
At One Sheep, we believe that a pillow is a deeply personal product. For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns. We encourage customers to donate gently used pillows to those in need if they find it’s not the right fit.

Damages and issues
If your pillow arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please share photos and a detailed description with us before using it for sleep. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement, but we do require the damaged pillow to be returned for inspection. Our goal is to ensure you receive a product that meets our highest standards of quality and comfort, and we appreciate your help in making that possible.
Exceptions / Returnable items
All sleepwear items can be returned/exchanged as long as they are unworn and have their original tags attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges for Pajamas
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
