I have had such a hard time finding a pillow that didn’t cause neck pain, that I started sleeping with no pillow at all. Finally the exact pillow I needed has been created!! Recommended use with a pillow protector.
Spot clean down feather casing with warm water and mild detergent. Air dry.
Hand wash inner latex core.
