Shipping policy

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using the selected delivery method at checkout. Standard shipping rates are applied to orders shipping to domestic locations within the US.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8 standard flat rate shipping to all US states and an expedited option for an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Calculated shipping rates are applied to your order and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. OneSheep is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Because our pillows are intimate by nature, we’re unable to accept returns of used items at this time. If a pillow has been gently used and is no longer right for you, we encourage passing it on—through donation—to someone who may benefit from a better night’s rest.

Should you discover a manufacturing fault, we will, of course, make it right—either by arranging a replacement or returning the full amount to your original form of payment. To help us resolve the matter with care and efficiency, we ask that you share a brief description and a few images of the issue and send to hello@onesheep.co with your order number.
